Ameet Mallapur, a 25 year old Commerce graduate developed an interest in photography
while in college in Bombay and decided to make it a full time career. He gained valuable
studio experience working as an assistant to Nrupen Madhvani for three years. Having learnt
the basics of advertising photography he branched out on his own in 2000. Since then he's
immersed himself in the single minded pursuit of fine art photography. Having sold his
work to private collectors in Bangalore and Bombay, he is looking forward to participating
in his first exhibition.
